From an exhausted concrete area, to an impressive living room and expanding outdoor decking. This large extension has generated a new way of living for our client and their family. The existing kitchen now looks over an impressive living space, a space where one can relax alone, by the heat of the new gas fire or amongst company of close family and friends. The textured charcoal wallpaper breaks up the white walls and is teamed back nicely to the aluminum window colour. The windows along the ceiling line help to showcase the sunset sky, on a pleasant day as you look up from the couch. To enjoy the scenery further open the large glass sliding doors and be welcomed to a spacious deck. The deck is conveniently fitted with an angle roof to ensure the space can be used all year round. The render exterior updates the existing house and completes the overall extension.
