What was an old pokey kitchen with little bench space, small cupboard storage and an outdated freestanding oven, has been transformed into a contemporary kitchen meals area. By simply knocking out an existing wall between the kitchen and laundry the space has enhanced. The previous laundry has been replaced with a European laundry, which is neatly tucked away by a folding double door. A fresh classic design has been introduced with the white bench tops and cupboard façades, while the coloured feature wall balances out the room, by creating a statement. The increased bench space allows the family to sit and enjoy the breakfast bar without compromising room.  In addition to the kitchen a small undercover decking was created to ensure the BBQ could be used all year around. This helped to tidy up the small outdoor area, and give the owner an alternative living space.
